Our Lady of the Assumption School’s annual auction is held in October. Thanks to the generous partnership with our parish community and local businesses, OLA School has a long standing tradition of raising funds to continue improving our children’s educational programs so that we can help them achieve academic excellence, a commitment to serving the community, and expanding their faith. Donate an item for our live or silent auction. Ideas include:
If you would prefer, you may donate cash or scrip which will be used to purchase items or cover auction expenses. Please contact the school office at 489-8958 for any additional questions you may have.
Purchase raffle tickets at the school or parish office. The raffle will be held the night of the auction, but you need not be present to win. Raffle winners will be posted in the church bulletin.
Sponsorship opportunities are available for individuals and businesses wishing to underwrite major components of the event. Advertising space is available in the auction event catalog and on our on-line auction website. Contact email@example.com or 489-8958. Exciting benefits are available for each level of sponsorship!
Preview and Proxy Bid enables you to take advantage of our great deals on gift certificates or items at our auction even if you are unable to attend! Now you can bid on some of these items “virtually” and support OLA from your own home. Your relatives and friends are welcome to bid as well.
